New ways Review - InfraRecorder 0.51.0.0 Help

Review - InfraRecorder 0.51.0.0

Want to burn CDs? Forget about Nero and its 15,000 options. InfraRecorder is an open source alternative and pretty easy to use that will meet your burning needs. Excellent interface, good performance and best of all, it is free. InfraRecorder can be used by all users due to its extremely simple interface. The program takes up little space and consumes little system resources and is integrated with windows explorer to be completely accessible to the user at any time.

You can burn both CDs and DVDs, make data CDs or audio CDs and create an exact copy on the fly. InfraRecorder supports dual-layer DVD and even burning disk images. And what matters is that the results are very satisfactory. Recording tool works with any type of CD and DVD. Navigation is simple and the program provides a wizard that makes it easy to process from beginning to end.

However, it lacks one thing; the MP3 codec. If you want to burn MP3, converting them into audio CDs you will need to download conversion codec and put in the codecs folder. A bit annoying, but you do it once and for all and not think about it anymore.

InfraRecorder lets you do the following:

Create and burn data CDs and DVDs
Create and burn audio CD
Create and burn MP3 CD
Create and burn video CDs and DVDs
Record image (ISO, BIN / CUE) to a disk
Save image from a physical disk
Copy Disc
Erase rewritable disc
Close disc that has not been closed
Manage tracks on a CD audio
